Shipping & Delivery
Mudpies will deliver to most addresses within Australia, we are unable to deliver to international locations. We require a street address for delivery – unfortunately larger sized items we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced. Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the weight and size of your order, and your delivery address. Delivery of goods will usually take between 5-7 working days. Delivery time frame may vary according to the area the goods are being delivered to, with remote areas taking up to 2 weeks.

Mudpies is committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who shops or interacts with us, and this policy sets out our commitment to you on privacy. We take this responsibility seriously and ensure that we comply with our obligations under the Commonwealth Privacy Act whenever your personal information is collected, used or shared. We may collect your information for a number of reasons including to: deliver products or services to you, complete other transactions with you or on your behalf, improve our service, protect against fraud or theft, and provide offers that may be of interest or benefit to you. Mudpies will not sell your information to other parties. However, we often need to share your information with companies who perform parts of our service & delivery.
Returns & Refunds
If the item you purchased is faulty, does not match the description or is not fit for the purpose specified, we will gladly assist you in repairing, replacing or refunding the product. Please email us at with details of your order confirmation number and product details and your request, Mudpies customer service will take your details and the item details and organise for them to be replaced or repaired. If a refund is preferred, please make sure to have your order confirmation or packing slip handy. A refund will be applied to the card that was used to make the payment.
You can place an order using our webshop by choosing the products you want to purchase, adding them to your shopping basket and following the checkout process. When you place your order, we will issue you with a Web Order Number to the email address you provide during the purchase. If we cannot process your order, we will attempt to contact you by e-mail or telephone or post. Whilst we will make every effort to supply you with the products listed on the Order Confirmation, there may be occasions where we are unable to supply these products, In such circumstances, we will contact you to inform you and may suggest alternative products that you may wish to purchase or offer a refund at your request.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
All payments are made by a eway secure server, which will encrypt each transaction as a security precaution, and all payments will be made in Australian Dollars only. You may pay for an accepted order using Your (a) Visa; (b) MasterCard; (d) American Express; and (e) Mudpies e-Gift cards. If We are unable to successfully process payment for Your order, then We may reject or cancel your order. If You choose to pay by credit card, You authorise Us to debit the amount that is payable for an accepted order from Your nominated credit card. You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for Products through any fraudulent or unlawful means.
Viewing Orders
Orders placed via our webshop can be viewed using the "Orders and Returns" link at the bottom of Mudpies web site pages. This link will take you to a form where you will be asked to enter basic details about your order. Customers who are registered with our webshop can view their orders at their account page by selecting "My Orders" option at the menu on the left of the page. Customers who purchased without signing in cannot use this option even though they have previously registered with our webshop.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information anytime using the "My Account" pages. You can change your contact information, personal information, review your orders, newsletter options, etc. To update your account information, log into your account and click the Manage/Edit account button.
Other Terms & Conditions
We will make every effort to perform our obligations under the Contract (these terms and conditions together with your Order Confirmation). However, we cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to perform if such delay or failure is caused by any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of a delay, we will perform our obligations as soon as reasonably possible. We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently.
