Shipping & Returns
If the item you purchased is faulty, does not match the description or is not fit for the purpose specified, we will gladly assist you in repairing, replacing or refunding the product. Please contact us using the contact us page with details of your order confirmation number and product details and your request. Mudpies customer service will take your details and the product information and organise for them to be replaced or repaired. If a refund is preferred, please make sure to have your order confirmation or packing slip handy. A refund will be applied to the card that was used to make the payment.
Shipping & Delivery
Mudpies will deliver to most addresses within Australia, we are unable to deliver to international locations. We require a street address for delivery – unfortunately larger sized items we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. Some remote locations cannot be serviced. Delivery charges are calculated on a per order basis and according to the weight and size of your order, and your delivery address. Delivery of goods will usually take between 5-7 working days. Delivery time frame may vary according to the area the goods are being delivered to, with remote areas taking up to 2 weeks.
